This article will outline how to access Push Messages that have already been scheduled in the TapWyse Admin Dashboard.

What's The Point?

Push Messages are a powerful tool for communicating with your app user base. We understand that it's helpful to set them up ahead of time to keep your workflow tidy. For that reason, we added a scheduling feature.

In some cases, you'll need to cancel or change a Message that has been scheduled. To do that, follow the instructions below:

Viewing Scheduled Push Messages

To Get There Quickly...

Click HERE.

From The Quick Start Page...

  1. Click Engage Users on the left side of the screen --> Push Messages.

  2. On the next page, click Scheduled.

  3. Done! Here you can view and, if necessary, delete scheduled Push Messages.

How can I change a push message that's already been scheduled?


To edit a scheduled push message, first delete it on the Scheduled Push Messages page, then create a new one.

Do I need to change the time zone before I schedule a Push Message?

The TapWyse Admin Dashboard should already be set to the proper time zone for your region. If not, please email support@tapwyse.com.
