How To Create A Download Reward

Creating A Download Reward for App Customers

A Download Reward is a Reward that is delivered to your App Customers once they download your app (for the first time) and create an account. If a guest downloads the app and continues as a guest (does not create an account) they will not receive the Download Reward.

Creating A Download Reward

  1. First, you need to Create the reward before you can add it as a Download Reward. Follow this Guide to Create a reward.
  2. Once the Reward is created you will follow these steps to add it as a Download Reward.
    1. Click Download Rewards at the top of the Rewards page in the Customer Dashboard area of the App Manager
    2. Click Create
    3. Click the Reward dropdown and choose the Reward that you are adding as the Download Reward

    4. Choose how many of the Download Reward each App Customer will receive - the # to give per customer field will default to 1 meaning each App Customer will receive one Download Reward. 
    5. If you would like the Download Reward to expire after a certain period of time, click the Reward expires dropdown to enter either the specific date you want the reward to expire or after what interval you want the reward to expire (ex. 30 days, 2 months, 1 year, etc.).
    6. If you only want the Download Reward to be available during a certain date range fill in the dates you want it available in the Available from and Available until fields.
    7. After all the fields on the Create Download Rewards screen have been filled in and reviewed, click Save.
