Redeeming Rewards In The App
In App Reward Redemption
The guest is responsible for locating and redeeming their reward within the app. Staff should verify that the reward was just redeemed by checking the timestamp displayed on the redeemed reward screen. Once verified, staff can apply the appropriate discount to an item already on the guest’s tab or ring in the reward item and apply the discount accordingly.
Reward Redemption Steps
- Guest will tap on the Rewards button on the Home Screen and/or Side Menu of the app

Guest will tap on the Reward they want to redeem
Guest will tap on the
Redeem Now button

Guest will tap
'Yes! I'm ready to redeem' box

Guest will tap the
Redeem button

Guest will show the staff member the
Time Stamp verifying that the reward was just redeemed.

Once the staff member has verified the reward, they will apply the appropriate discount to the item already on the guest’s tab or ring in the reward item and apply the discount accordingly in the POS.
Once a Reward is redeemed is moves to the
Redeemed section of the Rewards page in the app and cannot be re-opened or modified.
