What is a Pop-Up?

A Pop-up is a full screen message that will display to your app users when they open their app during the time period/range the Pop-up is active.

Creating A Pop-up

  1. Click Pop-Ups on the Quick Start screen in the App Manager

  2. Click Create at the top-right of the screen

  3. Add the following information on the Pop-up Details screen
    1. Image - Add an Image by dropping your image into the Image section of the screen
      1. Image dimensions are 16:9 ratio or 1500 x 844 px. Acceptable formats are jpg and png.
    2. Title - Add the Title of your Pop-up (ex. Wyse Brewing's Annual Beer Fest)
    3. Message - Add the content of your Pop-up including text, images, & emoji's

    4. When Should The Pop-up Be Available? - there are two options: Specific Dates & Specific Day(s) of the Week
      1. Specific Dates - Add the date you want the Pop-up to be active in the Starts On field. Add the date you want the Pop-up to expire in the End On field. You can also add specific times you want the Pop-up to start and end in the fields under the Starts On & Ends On fields.

      2. Specific Day(s) Of The Week - You have the option to have the Pop-up on show up on specific day(s) of the week. Turn the Adjust the days available toggle on (green) and choose the day(s) you want the Pop-up to be active. If you want the Pop-up to be active during a certain time period during the day(s) you choose you can add the start time and end time to the From and To fields.
    5. How Often And Where Should The User See It? - you can choose how often your app users see the Pop-up. Once you choose, click Add Trigger and then Save
