Reward repeat visits and keep customers engaged with Loyalty Points.

Overview

Loyalty Points allow customers to earn points and redeem them for rewards directly in your app.

You control:

  • What actions earn points

  • How many points customers receive

  • Which rewards are available for redemption

Points are manually added by staff based on your business’s loyalty structure.

Example:

  • If your program is 1 point per $1 spent

  • A customer spends $100

  • A staff member would manually add 100 points to the customer’s account in the app

This flexible system allows you to customize your loyalty experience to fit your business.


How It Works

  1. A customer makes a qualifying purchase or action

  2. Staff manually add points to the customer’s account in the app

  3. Points accumulate in the customer’s account profile

  4. The customer chooses from a menu of created loyalty point rewards what to redeem their points on

Customers can track:

  • Their current point balance

  • Available rewards

  • Redemption activity


Create a New Loyalty Campaign

Step 1: Define Your Point System

Define how customers earn points within your business.

Examples:

  • 1 point per dollar spent

  • 10 points per visit

  • Bonus points during promotions

Important: Points are added manually by staff members and are not automatically calculated from transactions.

Choose a structure that is:

  • Easy for staff to apply consistently

  • Simple for customers to understand

Step 2: Build Your Loyalty Campaign

  1. Open the App Manager

  2. Click Loyalty

  3. Click New Campaign

  4. Set TYPE to Points Program

  5. Fill in the required information Field Explanation:

  6. Save



Step 3: Build Your Loyalty Rewards

You choose what rewards people can redeem their points for and what the point cost is for each reward.

Important Note: These rewards are separate from the rewards on your customer dashboard. Think of this like a simple menu that is available for loyalty users to spend their earned points on.
  1. Under the Loyalty section in the app manager, click on the Loyalty Campaign you are building rewards for
  2. Click Rewards
  3. Click Add Reward
  4. Fill in the required fields Description: This defines what the reward is good for Points Required: Points that will be deducted from the customers account when redeemed
Once created, customers can use their accumulated points to purchase these rewards in the loyalty points section of the app.

Removing a Reward from a Loyalty Point Campaign.
  1. Under the Loyalty section in the app manager, click on the Loyalty Campaign you are removing a reward from
  2. Click Rewards
  3. Use the Trash Can Icon to the right of the reward to remove it

Step 4: Give Your Employees Codes to Manage Customer Loyalty Points in the App

  1. Click Loyalty on the App Manager Dashboard
  2. Click Employees
  3. Click Create a New Employee
  4. Enter their information
  5. Use the Add Now button to activate
