Creating A Reward for App Customers
You can Create Rewards to send to your App Customers as a benefit of them having your app. These can be sent out as often as you'd like to encourage engagement and visits to your location(s).
How To Create A Reward
- Log into the App Manager
- Click Customer Dashboard

- Click the Rewards tab on the left hand navigation bar

- Click the Create button

- Name the Reward in the Name field, Choose the Reward Action, Add the Action Value, Add an Image (1920 x 1080 px)

- The Reward Action allows you to designate what the function of the Reward

- The Action Value allows you to estimate the value created by the Reward

- The Reward Image should be 1920 x 1080 px and less than 3MB
- You can fill in the Description field for the Reward but it is not required
(ex. Visit us this weekend, spend $20 and receive $5 off your tab)
- You can fill in the Legal field for the Reward but it is not required
(ex. May not be combined with any other offer, Must be 21 to purchase alcohol, etc.)
- When you have added all the necessary information, click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen

Once the Reward is Created you can then Give the Reward to your App Customers.

Once you have Created a Reward you can then Give the Reward to your App Customers.
Who Will Receive The Reward?
You have the option to choose your Audience when sending a Reward to your App Customers but there is one requirement:
- User has downloaded the app AND created an account in the app
*Users who download the app and proceed as a guest (without creating an account) will not receive rewards. The system lacks the necessary customer information to identify and deliver rewards to guest users.*
How To Give A Reward To App Customers
- From the Customer Dashboard, click on Rewards on the left hand navigation bar

- Click Give Reward

- Choose your Audience and click 'Next'

- All customers: All of your app users that have download the app and created an account
- Customers with an active membership: All of your app customers that have purchased and have an active membership
- List of emails: You can send the Reward to specific app customer(s) by entering their emails in the 'Emails' field
*This is most often used to send a Reward to an app customer who is receiving a reward for winning trivia, for winning a raffle, or just as a customer appreciation reward (ex. top customer)

- Choose the Reward you are Giving from the 'Reward' dropdown

- Add the Quantity (this is how many of this reward each app customer will receive - it always defaults to 1)

- Add the date you want the Reward to Expire (rewards expire at the end of the day on the expiration date - if you do not want the Reward to expire, leave the Expires field blank)

- Choose whether you want the Reward to send Immediately

OR
Whether you are going to Schedule the Reward for a future day & time, then click 'Next'

- Review the Summary and click '+ Give Reward'

You have the Option to turn the Reward you are Giving into a Download Reward that will be active for the duration you set the Reward parameters to.
If you use this Option it will be delivered to everyone that downloads the app and creates an account as long as they do so while the Reward is active.
You ONLY want to use this Option if your Audience is All Customers
If your Reward has an Expiration Date you want to make sure the Download Reward Available Until date matches the Expiration Date of the Reward
