What's The Point?

Push Notifications are a powerful tool for communicating with your app user base. We understand that it's helpful to set them up ahead of time to keep your workflow tidy. For that reason, we added a scheduling feature.

In some cases, you'll need to cancel or change a Notification that has been scheduled. To do that, follow the instructions below:

Viewing Scheduled Push Notifications

To Get There Quickly...

Click HERE.

From The Quick Start Page...

  1. Click Engage Users on the left side of the screen --> Push Notifications.

  2. On the next page, click Scheduled.

  3. Done! Here you can view and, if necessary, delete scheduled Push Notifications.

How can I change a push notification that's already been scheduled?


To edit a scheduled push notification, first delete it on the Scheduled Push Notifications page, then create a new one.

Do I need to change the time zone before I schedule a Push Notification?

The TapWyse Admin Dashboard should already be set to the proper time zone for your region. If not, please email support@tapwyse.com.
