Adding Points in a Guest's App
The guest is responsible for locating the Points Program in their app. Once they have located the Points Program, staff can add the correct number of points to their app.
Steps to Add Points to in App
- Guest will tap on the button the Points Program is under - in your app this may be called Loyalty, Punch Cards & Points, Points, your Loyalty program name, etc.

- Guest will turn their phone toward the staff member (or hand their phone over) so the staff member can add points to their app.
The staff member will tap 'Add Points' and enter the number of points in the '# Points' field along with their Employee Code in the 'Employee Code' field, then tap the 'Add Points' button.
IF your app has both Punch Cards and Points, you will tap on 'Loyalty Points' at the top of the screen to switch over to the Points Program from the Punch Cards, then proceed with tapping on the Add Points button, entering the number of points & their employee code, and finally tapping on the 'Add Points' button.

Steps to Redeem a Loyalty Points Reward
- Have the guest bring up their Loyalty Points reward buy tapping on the button the Points Program is under - in your app this may be called Loyalty, Punch Cards & Points, Points, your Loyalty program name, etc.

- The guest will turn their phone toward the staff member (or hand their phone over) so the staff member can locate the Loyalty Points program and ask which Reward the guest would like to redeem.
The staff member will tap on the Reward the guest wants to redeem (ex. One Growler To Go).

- The staff member will enter their Employee Code in the 'Employee Code' field and tap the 'Redeem' button.

- After redeeming the Reward in the app, the staff member will ring in and discount the item in the POS as they usually would.
