Adding A Punch + Redeeming a Loyalty Reward In App

Adding a Punch to a Guest's Punch Card in their App

The guest is responsible for locating their Punch Card in their app. Once they have located their Punch Card, staff can add the correct number of punches to the punch card. 

Steps to Add a Punch to a Punch Card (In App)

  1. Guest will tap on the button which the Punch Card(s) is under - in your app this may be called Loyalty, Punch Cards, your exact Loyalty program name, etc.


  2. Guest will turn their phone toward the staff member (or hand their phone over) so the staff member can locate the correct punch card they will be adding the punch(es) to. Then, tap on the 'Punch" button.


  3.  After tapping on the 'Punch' button the punch card will flip over. The staff member will be able to choose the number of punches to award the guest as well as enter their Employee Code.


  4. After the punch is awarded there will be a thumbs up that displays on the screen.


Steps to Redeem a Punch Card Reward (In App)

  1. Have the guest bring up their Punch Card reward by tapping on the button their Punch Card(s) is under - in your app this may be called Loyalty, Punch Cards, your exact Loyalty program name, etc.


  2. Tap on the Reward at the top of the screen


  3. Enter your Employee Code and tap Redeem


  4. After redeeming the Reward in the app, the staff member will ring in and discount the item in the POS as they usually would.
